My therapy practice is full and I'm not currently accepting new clients at this time,
with the exception of BIPOC experiencing racial trauma.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, services are currently provided via telehealth.

I genuinely believe deep healing is within our reach, and that solutions
are waiting to be found within our own strengths and insights.

People with whom I work have experienced dramatic or
unexpected life change, job separation, relationship loss
--including the sudden traumatic death of a loved one--
complex grief, mental health distress, the trauma of racism and stereotype threat,
and physical, sexual or psychological trauma.

A compassionate collaborator, my purpose is to accompany you on your journey
toward self-discovery, resiliency and the restoration of hope. Through truth-telling,
story-sharing, and courageous vulnerability we can find clarity, wisdom,
wholeness and a deeper connection with ourselves and others.

Based on a relationship-centered approach, my clinical lens
includes Analysis of Systemic Harm, Attachment-Informed Healing from Trauma,
Body-Mind-Spirit Connection, Client-Education and Empowerment,
Gestalt (Integrating Parts of Self), Intersectionality and Identity,
Mindfulness-based CBT, Psychodynamic (Family of Origin) and Narrative Therapies.

I continually reassess my work through lenses of
anti-racism, racial equity and social justice.

Trust and emotional, psychological, physical and spiritual safety
are essential to our work together.  I welcome your feedback.
